Caylen was born and raised in the southern United States into a family of seven who emphasized hard work, resilience, and compassion.  Frequent moves during childhood in support of her father’s military career caused her to become adaptable and personable, forming the belief in her that there is good to be found in everyone.  While attending high school in Arkansas, she met her British Columbian husband and best friend online.  They’ve now been married for 20 years and currently reside in Edmonton with their cat and dog who are also best friends.

Caylen has worked in the Canada’s Financial Service’s industry since 2009, developing strong experience in client service, relationship management, and market operations. She enjoys helping people fulfill their goals and making meaningful impacts in clients' lives through collaborative work.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, animals, gaming, traveling, food, crafting, music, and spending time outdoors.
